The Role
As our organisation grows our team is looking for an all-round digital coordinator to help keep all our ducks in a row. Reporting to the CEO and working with our  project leads and international delivery partners you will be helping the team plan and coordinate activities from the initial sales enquiry through to project completion.
This position will also work directly with our clients to ensure their experience with Synx is seamless and work with them to ensure they are utilising our services to the fullest extent.
As an integral member of a small team, you will enjoy autonomy in this role with the ability to shape the organisation and your future professional development towards strategy or technical roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Your day-to-day duties will include:
  • Participate in client onboarding and customer journey mapping, strategy
    development and ongoing client meetings.
  • Work with the project leads and delivery partners to plan and track the progress of project work, ensuring that all documentation and reporting information is up to date.
  • Assist with preparing and scheduling meetings with clients and delivery partners.
  • Assist with monthly reporting including client project status reporting, team capacity planning and financial reporting.
  • Assist with identifying potential risks and working with the project leads to
    ensure that they are documented and monitored.

 

Ideal Skills and  Experience
  • Keen eye for detail and can organise activities across multiple client accounts
    and projects.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a team coordinator role assisting with the coordination
    of multiple client accounts / projects. Experience working with marketing /
    creative agencies is desirable but not essential.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills. Capable of maintaining strong
    relationships with our suppliers, delivery partners, team and clients.
  • Experience with Jira and Notion is highly desirable but not essential.

Salary

An appropriate salary will be negotiated with the successful candidate based on the level of skill and experience they bring to the role. All packages include salary plus super, laptop and flexible working arrangements including access to co working space.
